Giving back to the local community is important to us. We proudly work with and support a range of charities, including Keech Hospice and the Luton and Dunstable Hospital neonatal wards, to help make a positive difference beyond our day-to-day work.
Avenue Centre for Education (ACE)
At Chiltern Doors, we believe every young person deserves a chance, no matter where they’ve come from.
That’s why we are proud to work closely with Avenue Centre for Education (ACE) in Luton, welcoming multiple students throughout the year for work experience. Many of these young people have been excluded from mainstream schools and just need someone to believe in them and give them an opportunity.
During their time with us, they don’t just make the tea or watch from the sidelines. They experience real working life – meeting customers, visiting suppliers, learning about sales, surveying, installations, customer service, teamwork and what it takes to run a successful local business.
Our aim is simple: to help build confidence, teach valuable life and work skills, and show them that their future doesn’t have to be defined by their past.
These placements benefit everyone. The students gain experience, structure and self-belief, while our team gets the chance to mentor and inspire the next generation. Seeing their confidence grow over just a few days is incredibly rewarding.
We would like to thank the amazing staff at Avenue Centre for Education for the work they do every day. Together, we’re helping to give young people a fresh start and a brighter future.
If more local businesses opened their doors to young people, imagine the difference we could make together.
Luton Town Football Club
At Chiltern Doors, we’re incredibly proud to be working in partnership with Luton Town Football Club.
If you have been to Kenilworth Road, you may already have spotted our branding around the stadium. As proud sponsors of both the first team and the youth teams, it’s a partnership that means a great deal to us.
As a local, family-run business, supporting our hometown club was a natural fit. Luton Town represents passion, hard work, resilience and community, values that we share every day at Chiltern Doors.
We have built a fantastic working relationship with Gary Sweet, the club’s CEO, and everyone at Luton Town. It’s been a pleasure working alongside such a professional organisation that continues to do so much for the town and its supporters.
We’re excited to continue supporting the club both on and off the pitch and look forward to seeing what the future holds.
Here’s to many more successful seasons together.
Come on you Hatters! 🧡🤍💙
Tysie Gallagher
Backing Local Talent 🥊🧡
At Chiltern Doors, we’re passionate about supporting local people who are striving to achieve something special.
We’re incredibly proud to sponsor Tysie Gallagher, one of Luton’s brightest boxing talents, who has recently signed with Jake Paul’s MVP (Most Valuable Promotions). It’s a huge achievement and a testament to the dedication, hard work and sacrifices she’s made to reach this stage of her career.
Supporting local talent is about more than sponsorship. It’s about opening doors and creating opportunities. That’s why we’re also proud to have introduced Tysie to Luton Town Football Club, helping to build connections within our local community and giving talented local athletes the recognition they deserve.
At Chiltern Doors, we believe businesses should do more than just operate in their communities—they should help them grow. Whether it’s supporting young people through work experience, partnering with Luton Town FC, or backing local athletes like Tysie, we’re committed to investing in the people who make our town special.
Congratulations again, Tysie. Everyone at Chiltern Doors is behind you, and we can’t wait to watch the next chapter of your journey unfold.
The future is bright, and this is only the beginning. 🥊
Keech Hospice
When homeowners place an order with us, we invite them to join us in making a small but meaningful difference by adding a £5 donation to support the hospice. As a thank you for their kindness, we provide a complimentary mug featuring our company logo, as a small reminder of what we can achieve together as a community.
By working alongside our customers, we hope to continue supporting the hospice.
Luton and Dunstable Hospital Neonatal Ward
The Dunstable Neonatal Unit at Luton and Dunstable University Hospital provides intensive care for premature and sick newborn babies.
When we first learned about the incredible care the hospital provides, we were deeply moved and decided to help in some way. As a local business, supporting families in our community means a great deal to us, so we were delighted to donate towards their fundraising raffle.
Supporting their fundraising raffle felt like a small but important way to help, and we were truly grateful to contribute. We look forward to continuing to stand alongside them through future fundraising events and community efforts.
